It's simple: non-compete agreements and practices with private equity-majority ownership do not support a sustainable, better future for the people of veterinary medicine. We deeply care for the veterinary community and want our hard work to directly benefit the people of veterinary medicine the best we can.
This is why we are now only accepting clients who apply using a signed affidavit certifying they 1) do not currently hold and will not hold non-compete agreements with employees, and 2) are currently majority-owned by a currently-practicing veterinarian(s). Exceptions may apply for veterinary technician-owned practices or other select cases.
